What happened

The event started with a fantastic workshop from local singing coach and star - JO TINKER

Jo provided a great workshop teaching everyone present a view basic vocal exercises to increase their ability to positively use their voice followed by a roof lifting group perform of the Michael Jackson classic
BEAT IT.

Jo also brought the event to a close with a amazing performace of an ADELE classic.

Jo is based in Milton Keynes and runs singing classes for all ages. Details of her classes will follow shortly.

The next workshop to entertain and educate the attendees was presented by a local ZUMBA dance team. There simple and very enjoyable dance routine blew the audience away and everybody including a lot of the exhibitors took to the floor to enjoy the experience.

Dance is a great way to increase confidence and learn some very positive body language skills

The ZUMBA team will be joining us in BEDFORD on FRIDAY for another amazing performance

Other workshops included the Life Skills for Children presentation, which saw both young people and adults participate in, so a huge thank you. The response from the parents at the event towards Life Skills and their support for putting it in schools was very much appreciated.

There was also a practical self defence demonstration from a local group who educated the attendees in some simple but very important skills to avoid a dangerous situation.
